I get an error in the middle of a song, not coded correctly...a song that I have played a hundred times....

Hello Karen,

Looks like you've been in touch with our Customer Care team already, and are working to get this resolved. That error message usually has to do with the strength of the connection to the device you're trying to play from. If you get this error message from a mobile wireless device, I'd start with making sure the connection to the router is good. If you have further trouble, please reply back to that support ticket and continue working with your technician.

I have exactly the same issue. The message appears while the song is playing and doesn't interrupt the song but it does interrupt the work I am doing because the computer automatically switches to the sonos app to show me the message
