Headphone mode

How do I turn off the headphone mode? Not getting sound from one speaker. Shows it's connected.

It should disable automatically when you remove the headphone jack. I am not aware of any manual way to achieve this. Sounds like a possible hardware fault. You could try rebooting the speaker, and putting the headphone jack in and taking it out again.

Failing that you might try a factory reset HOWEVER this is not generally recommended for troubleshooting. If you decide to do it, only do it to the affected speaker. If the affected speaker is the only Sonos component in your system, or is the wired component for Boost mode, do NOT factory reset. Please read the following guide if you contemplate a factory reset:
