Grouping issue

Hi, I have a grouped Sonos connect and play1, the issue that the grouped play1 will always stop playing, whereas on the app they are still grouped, to get it to play again I have to ungroup and group the speakers again.

I use iPhone7 and streaming mainly from Spotify.

Can anyone help as the email support is not helping!
