Forced volume limit
I have purchaced 10 sonos 3 to a bar/cafe. I need a program to force the volume limit .It's forced by the cityhall. Otherwise I can't use my speakers and will have to buy a new system

Hi, Unfortunately, SONOS doesn't support limiting the volume (or locking the speakers at a certain volume.) There is a feature request thread here if you would like to comment on the feature: https://ask.sonos.com/sonos/topics/volume_limit_feature Josh

You could go with a Connect and feed a multi zone amp (or a number of connects into individual amps) that has its own volume.
I support this request!
An optional volume limit for each room, with or without password protection, would be a great feature to harmonize the listening experience.

I have bought the sound limit system from http://hushlabs.ca - shame I had to pay for it, but WOW, it does exactly the job! Thanks Jordan for building this system. Works a treat
