Hello Giorgio, welcome to the community. Are you referring to the built in microphone on the Move, or are you trying to pair a third party microphone to the Move?
The built in microphone will only work when you have Alexa, or Google Assistant setup on the speaker and when the speaker is on Wi-Fi. If it is in Bluetooth mode, the microphone will be unavailable.
