Combine Sonos with JBL Bar 5.1
I would like to know if it is possible to connect the wireless JBL Subwoofer with the Sonos system using the connect amp ?

No - Sonos only supports Sonos wireless speakers. The Connect:Amp has an output for a wired power subwoofer
