Can't play on Sonos app or Amazon music

I am so frustrated and have started carrying around my Bluetooth speaker now. How can it be possible that the Sonos app keeps stopping saying something about Spotify starting in another room. It is just me….

 

And my Amazon Music app always just stops randomly.

 

I am fed up and hope someone can help.

ive had all the same issues, good luck with this forum, they are ever so protective of Sonos

 

i’m not a gambling man but I’d put a big chunk of change on them blaming your home environment

@PipBoo Do you share your Spotify account with anyone else? Have you tried rebooting your router or removing Spotify and Amazon Music from your music services in the Sonos app and re-adding them?

Who would share a Spotify account? It’s quite explicit in the Sonos marketing that you can’t do that, no hold on……..
