Can't find connection to deezer? Tried everything! Sonos please fix this ASAP! Deezer works fine on its own. Thanks

Can't use deezer on my Sonos but can on deezer app!

Same with me. Logged with Sonos. Apparently Deezer have communicated they are having an issue with their service currently. I had tried removing and reinstating account. But same problem.

Hi Stephyd123, welcome to the Sonos community. Please send us a diagnostic and post the number here. Do make sure your Deezer subscription is still Premium+ or Elite.

Same here, no connection possible to either Deezer or Tune-in radio when using iPhone or iPad controller. Via Windows controller all works again after downgrading from beta. Also have an error 1101 when trying to update. Have sent a diagnostic report with no 6695430. Please advise.

Sorry for the late reply here, for some reason we did not receive a notification of your reply. If you're still checking the topic this looks like a problem with establishing a secure session to Deezer. We sometimes see this when a music service is experiencing a problem on it's own servers. If that's the case it should now be fine. If you're still getting problems please restart both the Sonos and the router.

Hi Erimas, welcome to the community. You're using Devolo WiFi extenders there, which are not supported due to the unusual network effects they cause. Try switching these totally off, restarting the router and the Sonos, and trying again.
