I have a Play 1 and recently the speaker cracks whenever lower bassier tones are played. Is this something that can be sent in for repair?

mangomania: Typically we replace units entirely rather than sending something for repair. Instead of the back and forth, we'd rather just send you another product entirely while the team gets a closer look at the supposed hardware failure.

My recommendation is to get in touch with our support team directly and they will be able to determine if the unit needs to be replaced and get this sorted. Thanks!

A Play:1 is too cheap to realistically professionally repair in 2019.
