Battery powered speaker or outdoor speakers
Please make a battery power battery to take into garage, garden, etc or an outdoor speaker for bbq outdoor parties

Just pick up a small battery powered inverter and plug your Sonos into that. You can pick a size that will match your speaker and how long you want it to play.

I'd like to see a battery powered speaker as well. The others don't work like sonos.

Supposedly rumor is about 3 years ago Sonos thought about doing it but decided against it. The Play:1 you can tell has the power cord location that obviously was meant to possibly allow a battery. However, battery option was supposedly axed.

But - Connect:Amp and outdoor rated speakers are easy to install and work terrific.
