Bass on sonos 1


It seems my bass has gone on my sonos 1 speaker. Is this an occurring problem or can it be sorted? Any replies will be appreciated

Your best bet would be to play something through that speaker where you notice the issue and within 510 minutes submit a diagnostic and post the number here. For a faster response phone Sonos.

If there is a fault with your speaker there won't be anything you can do so you would need to talk to Sonos regarding warranty and/or refurbished unit
