Bass on play 3 broken :(

Hi, i've had the play 3 since christmas 2015 and I am very happy with it. But since i have used alot, the bass is broken, well I am not quite sure actully, but you dont have to be good with audio to know that somethings wrong. So if we for example say that it is the bass, will I get a refund, or is it my fault since I have used it so much and so loud...? I honestly have no idea since this is is the first speaker I have ever had..

You are outside of warranty but not that far.

I strongly suggest you call Sonos support as they may offer you a very good deal or even replacement.
