It's been eleven days since your post so maybe you have resolved the issue 🤔. If not here are a few options:
Run TruePlay in the Sonos App if you have an iOS device to see if that offers any improvement
Call Sonos and speak to a technician who may be able to pull a diagnostic that points to another area defect. Note: I don't think they'll be able to determine a blown speaker.
