Audio is breaking out

The audio from the speaker breaks up every time a new song starts. And every other song a pop up comes up and says “unable to paly...connection to Spotify was lost. Ran a diagnostic: 439811110.

While you wait for a forum moderator to have the opportunity to look at that diagnostic, most of these types of issues are caused by wifi interference. You might, while you wait, look at the FAQ and see if any of the solutions provided match up. Or, if you prefer not to wait, you could contact Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

I usually suggest the phone folks, they have more tools available because they're on the phone with you, but they are available Monday through Friday during business hours. The Twitter support folks are available 24/7.
