When I open the app and start up music from my Itunes library, only a couple of my speakers kick in. It takes a minute or two for all of them to kick in. Is this a normal lag or can it be fixed? Thanks

No, this isn’t normal. How many Sonos speakers do you have? What router are you using? Are any speakers wired to the router with an ethernet cable?
