Trade up program - eligible devices

I am trying to understand the Product Eligibility trade up page.  When I click on it, it switches me to a page listing the 4 Sonos products I own and that’s it.  It does say whether those products are eligible for a trade up or not eligible for a trade up.  There are no other links on the page.  What does mean?  Does it mean none of them are eligible?  That would be fine, but I wish it would be clear.

Here are the Sonos products that are qualified for the trade-up

Customers that have a Connect (manufactured before 2015), Connect:Amp (manufactured before 2015), ZP80, ZP90, ZP100, ZP120 and Play:5 gen 1
