Hi dear, im triying to setup my connect amp and since the firts time, the white lights is flashing, the apps no found the device. Osbiosly couse cant see the green light. Im triying to ressett and nothing happen..help please.

Follow the steps in the link to submit a diagnostic. If no response in 48 hours (not counting weekends) call Sonos support and reference the ID number so they can work with you in real time. Good luck!
