ZonePlayer gets unresponsive

Hi there I have been experiencing a weird behavior on my Sonos System. One of the ZonePlayers ( ZP100 ) gets a kind of unresponsive after a while even though there is network activity on the ethernet ports ( it is the wired one ). When unresponsive ( not even the mute lights get on when pressed ), i unplugged it, wait for 30 seconds and then plugged it again. ZonePlayer gets back to life, works just fine maybe for hours and sometime between that session and the next one ( maybe the day after ) it disappears again. Any idea? System is updated. Version: 3.8.4 (build 19460120) Hardware Version: 1.1.3.0-1 I just sent diagnostics with submission ID 2313539. Regards

Hi Cesar, I would suggest unplugging the 'Patio' device and power it back on again. Should the issue remain please contact our support via telephone as the device itself may be faulty.
