Will not connect to Internet

I had to upgrade my internet which is FIOS. Now my Sono's player 1 will not connect. Someone told me I could download new upgraded software for Sono's but for the life of me I cannot find how to do that.

Any suggestions? Very frustrated to have this unit and not be able to play it.

Did you reboot your speaker so it asks the new router for a new address? Just pull the power plug, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. DO NOT do a factory reset or you will make things worse!

You can't download an update and if you could you can't send it to your Sonos so ignore that advice. Once you have your Sonos you can use the controller to ask your system to request and install an update if one is available.
