wifi channel ; can't find sonos system

Hi All

I've been having some issues with my Sonos network. By manually selecting my WiFi channel (1,6 or 11), I can get the system working perfectly. However, after a while of working fine, one or more of the speakers will disappear from the app and can't be found. By manually changing my WiFi channel again to a different channel, the system reappears in full (without the need to do any reboots, reinstalls etc.). It's frustrating as I can't find a permanent fix. Any help gratefully received!

Thank you.

Do you still have your router’s WiFi credentials in the Sonos app?

If you don’t own a Roam or Move, then you can delete them.

Go to System > Network > Manage Network and remove your router wifi credentials.

Also describe your setup in more detail. What router are you using? Any access points/switches? What speakers do you have? Which speakers are dropping?
