why has Spotify stopped working?

All of a sudden Spotify won’t play, I can pick me playlists or whatever they are showing that day but when I pick whatever I want to play it says it’s not available, only radio will play, pls help I need my tunes 🤪

Can you try from the Spotify App, outputting on to a Sonos device?
Oh I didn’t know you could do that, I connected successfully to my Beam, I noticed I couldn’t see other of my Sonos devices though

Strange... Are you using the App on iOS? If so, can you please remove the Sonos app and reinstall.
Did that but still the same

Thanks for sending the report. Your players are unable to connect to Spotify. Do you have any sort of network firewall active? You can try rebooting your router, and speakers. Also, removing and re-adding Spotify may help it connect.
