Why does our system go off the wifi

Our system keeps having to be rebooted and added back on the app. I would be willing to bet I do this at least 2 times a week or more. We love the system when it works for us, we have done all the steps to make sure there is no interference, even had our internet provider come out and take a look, but still the problem exists. How can we keep out speakers connected and not have to reboot the wifi or app to use them?

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like there may be some wireless interference, or other network issue causing the speakers to lose communication with your router. Most of the time it comes down to interference from nearby networks and devices. Try running through the steps in this guide, which covers most of the common causes.
