Hi,

I just upgraded to the latest software and now the URLs http://x.x.x.x:1400/status/radiolog and http://x.x.x.x:1400/status/perf give blanc pages.

Someone similar experiences and maybe a solution?

Thanks,
Kurt

Support view has been limited in 8.x. Only Sonos support employees can access the full info through a submitted diagnostic.
As I understood, Sonos has a lot more information via the diagnostic than what has been taken away. One change in the upgrade that I neither understand nor like is this one.

Thanks! That's clear. I thought there was something wrong on my side.

Sonos claims the reason for this change is security. There was a lot of information available in those diagnostic pages.

Part of this was likely prompted by a recent revelation that there are many less knowledgeable people who are setting up port forwards to a Sonos player, allowing those status pages to be accessible from the internet (take a look at this Shodan report about Sonos devices that are internet-accessible).

Another part could be that with more services having access to Sonos systems, they want to reduce the potential of info leaking through, and services doing data collection that isn't authorized (which we know can be damning for a company if discovered, but it still happens).

Contact Sonos Support, submit a diagnostic, ask Support to extract the recent radiolog for you. Simple as that.

Hi, thanks, but that doesnt work for me i need instant acess to radilog......
@passopp -- sadly, Support says "The specific information that you are requesting is not available in our diagnostic logs. The only time we see what station you are listening to is if the specific station at that time encounters an error on that player. If no issues occur, then I do not see that specific information being displayed. Like I stated before, you would need to contact TuneIn regarding this specific information."

I'm very frustrated with this response. Why can't I figure out what I'm playing? Anyone have any other ideas?
