"We can't connect to Sonos"

I've tried all the troubleshooting, router reboot, connect with ethernet etc. Ethernet connection works but as soon as I disconnect it's not working again! Please help!

When you have Sonos unit hooked to router and its working. Have you gone into settings...advanced....wifi setup and gone through the wizard to setup connecting to your home wifi instead of sonosnet.
Thanks Chris, working at the moment! It seems to disconnect frequently for some reason!
