Using sonos on vacation - amazon music not working

I'm out of town for 2 weeks. Brought my sonos speaker, and I have been able to connect the speaker to the wireless network. I can play songs that are on my laptop, but amazon streaming does not work (or any other streaming service for that matter). It says 'Unable to add songs to the queue'. I have tried to 're-authorize' the amazon account - Sonos claims that it has been done, but no change in ability to stream songs.
