Updating SONOS library after new HDD installed

I have recently had to have a new solid state disc drive after the previous old disc drive crashed. With the new solid state disc drive I have also updated the Mac OS to High Sierra. Unfortunately, when I try to update the music library and select the appropriate folder as a file path, I get the following message: ‘Sonos was unable to add the music folder’ and then below that another message, ‘The computer 192-168-1-104 cannot be found.  I’m assuming that this is the old disc drive number. I have tried to uninstall and then reinstall the Sonos app, but it doesn’t seem to do any good. Has any one out there have any ideas how I can get SONOS to recognise the new disc drive? Cheers.

You probably need to turn on SMB v1 for the new drive.

The number sounds more like an IP address so I think the message means the computer can’t be found. Try rebooting router and computer to refresh ip addresses. If that alone doesn’t work, since you updated the operating system you may need to do the  Music Library Setup again.
