Can't get Sonos to update, getting 1101 message. I rebooted router, modem and all of the Sonos components + change the cable on the Boost and also reinstall the app….

Hi Simon B,

I have been trought this already but still have the same problem. I also change the Ethernet cable + reset my router to default factory . My daughter has the same problem with hers too !!!!
