Unstable System

I have 10 players and a Boost/Bridge (system is 3 years old). Ipad controller shows all players but sound only coming out of one player. This problem started about a month ago after an update. I have rebooted everything. I will get all players to play but will eventually go back to only one player. Same issue with iPhone and Mac.

I would start out submitting diagnostic (setting...advanced) and posting the number here for Sonos to look at your network.

Sounds like some kind of interference. Have you tried changing channel.
Chris. Not sure what you meant by changing channels, but I have reset the controller a couple of times and just ran diagnostics. Music is cutting in and out and plays some players whether grouped or not. Very strange and unpredictable behavior. Confirmation number. 6828401. On hold with customer support.
