Unresponsive Playbar-Disappears from App-Have to unplug to get it to work

Recently my Playbar became responsive and disappeared from the App. I figured may it was an IP conflict. But that wasn’t the issue. Unplugging the Playbar was the only solution to resurrect it. Sometimes it disappears again within minutes, other times it’s hours. No pattern. When frozen, the white light appears, but the buttons are unresponsive.

That does sound odd. While it's showing up in the app, I'd recommend that you submit a system diagnostic and then contact Sonos to discuss it. There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

I have exactly the same issues with my sonos one.
tried resetting it, syncing with channel on router, factory reset etc.. My play 5 on ethernet however is rock solid as usual.
I'd recommend to you exactly the same thing I recommended to the OP.
Same here. Happens started happening once or twic each week.
Same here. Super annoying. They really need to step up their software game.
