'Unable to play the Radio station' error but can play music from NAS library

My Sonos frequently losses the ability to play radio stations through TuneIn, both through favorites and navigation. I can still play music from my NAS library. Completely shutting my network down and adding my system as a new system seems to resolve the radio issue for a day or two, but then it drops off again.

Interestingly, I cannot submit diagnostic information so am wondering if there is a problem with my system connecting to Sonos.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, zizzer. If you are unable to submit a diagnostic report, normally this is indicative of there being a problem with how Sonos data is being routed through the network. Would you mind telling us a little more about your local network? What is the make and model of the router you are using? Do you have any switches or extenders on your network?
