Unable to place songs in queue - Spotify

Whenever I try to place my entire song list from Spotify for shuffling, I get the error message that Sonos is "unable to place songs in queue. I can do it within the Spotify app with my Chromecast Audio hooked up to the auxiliary port of my Play:5.

Is this error message coming from within the Sonos app, or from Spotify directly? Either way, send us a diagnostic and reply with the confirmation number here. We'll take a look.
