Unable to connect to Deezer


Hi. After responding to the prompt to update my Sonos system, all went well until I tried to restart a Deezer playlist. Every device using Sonos was then unable to connect to Deezer. Any advice?

Deezer has the outage again - for several days.
I cant access Deezer, I can browse the tracks, but it will not let me play any of them.
I can listen to the radio, so the connection is fine.
I can connect to Deezer from my phone and play it directly, so there is no issue with the account.
I have removed and added the Deezer Service, still the same issue.

I cannot even report deezer on the service status page - as it is not listed there 😞

Unable to play 'Gabriel's Message' - cannot connect to Deezer because the server cannot be found.

Hi.
I'm now having the same issue. Been using deezer through my sonos with no problems still now. I can view the music but I can't play anything. It just says unable to connect to deezer. Ive tried deleting both deezer and sonos and reinstalling them...didn't work. Removed deezer from sonos then readded it...still didn't work.
Any help?

Guys anyone else having difficulty connecting to Deezer in the Nottingham area - Virgin Meida had this problem about a year ago thought it had been resolved until today?
@Peter. (Me too). Just read on another thread there’s an outage on Sonos/Deezer and it’s being investigated.

I'm having the same problem. Deezer fine on it's own but can't connect via Sonos. I'm also on virgin media. SO annoying. I also have problems with it intermittently cutting out when on deezer and tune in radio - anyone else?
Out in Gloucestershire gloucester. I am on virgin internet
