I have attempted to connect my Sonos One to my Nest Wifi. Quick Help suggests adjusting my router which has has both 2.4 & 5 GHz to 2.4 GHz. Why is the Sonos not automatically connecting to the 2.4 GHz?

Not sure, unless at the moment your Nest WiFi wasn’t generating a 2.4 GHz signal, but even then, the Sonos should be able to see and connect to the 5Ghz signal (unless being used as surrounds).

In most cases, this becomes easier to understand / deal with if you separate the names of the two bands, so there is no confusion at set up. I tend to use (name)2 and (name)5 for the two networks, just to ensure I know what device is connecting to which signal.

But in general, assuming it is a b/g/n network of appropriate security, etc, the Sonos One should be able to connect.
