Unable to connect after iOS update

since I have refreshed my iphone i can not connect to my sonos s1 neither my macbook air, tried to pull out all the cable and wire from the router and from the s1 as well, but still can not connect.

 

any help pls?

If “refreshed” means that you updated your Iphone to IOS 14, make sure that you have enabled Local Network Privacy for Sonos in your IOS settings. https://en.community.sonos.com/controllers-software-228995/ios14-upgrade-s1-app-not-working-6848284  I am not quite sure if that step is still needed, or if Apple has sorted it out with Sonos, but just in case.

Also make sure that you have the latest Sonos app installed.

More likely to solve your issue is to do a system refresh in this order: First power down your Sonos One, then reboot your router and wait until it is up running, then power up Sonos. Restart Iphone and Mac.
