Unable To Browse Music (same message, first use of Sonos, everyday...)

Everyday, first thing in the AM, I get the Unable to Browse Music message when I use Sonos.  I’m running Windows X, accessing Napster.  I go to Napster, My Music, Artists, I get the message.  Hit the back button, select Artists again, everything appears.  Any solutions to share?
