Trying to add Itunes to Sonos from my Mac but when clicking on Manage in the Sonos controller, it is viewable but unable to click on the tabs; all the other tabs (EDIT, VIEW, WINDOW, HELP) are accessible to click.
Any ideas?

Either your Desktop Controller is at a different version to your players or, more likely, you're using an older version of macOS (10.7/10.8) which is now only 'partially supported'.
