TV audio has suddenly stopped working

My TV audio has been working perfectly for months and has now suddenly stopped working. I've tried checking the TV audio settings, unplugging and replugging eveything back in, updating the Controller etc. but to no avail! My diagnostics number is 7954127. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Just checking with you to see if you are still experiencing these problems with your TV audio or if they were ultimately sorted.
