Turntable with Five & ARC

Hi all,

I just got my Sonos Arc and set it up with my two Five‘s as a group for my TV.

I also have the Pro-Ject Carbon turntable connected to one of the Five‘s.

When I grouped the speakers, I couldn’t get the audio from the turntable to be played. The only option seems to be to remove the Five from the group as the line-in reappears as a source within the Sonos app.

This is quite annoying - how can I get the turntable to be played on the entire group?

If the Fives are just grouped with the Arc in the Sonos app, you should be able to play the line-in audio to both the Fives and the Arc.

If the Fives are bonded to the Arc as surrounds, it disables the line-in on the Fives. Your only option is to unbond/remove the Fives as surrounds or get another Sonos device with line-in like a Port or another Five.
