Trueplay tuning not saving

For some reason the Trueplay tuning for one of my Sonos speaker groups disappeared (2 Play 5 and 1 Sub as a stereo speaker setup). The app prompts me to setup Trueplay for this room, but after successfully going through all the steps, the Trueplay tuning is not saved.

I’ve tried multiple times, as well as restarting all network equipment and Sonos speakers, but with the same result.

Is anyone experiencing any similar issues?
