Question

True play - speaker missing

I've been running true play in my home theater room where I have a playbar, connect amp running my Left and Right rear surrounds and I also have a sub.

I've tried 8 times to run true play with the same result. Cannot complete true play as one speaker cannot be heard. Tried all FAQ and help suggestions with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
