Trouble reactivating Apple music ID on Sonos app

I recently changed my WiFi connection on the Sonos but I now need to reactivate my Apple music ID on the Sonos app and it doesn't seem to be working. I keep getting stuck on the reactivation page after I enter my Apple ID password. It doesn't move on to the next page. I have double checked that I am using the correct password and can't seem to work out what is causing this. Any advice would be appreciated.

Also, have you tried with a different controller?
