the sound are cut every 3-4 seconds

My and my near friend have som problems with our systems, the sound are cute every 3-4 seconds 

its very enoying. and it only when we are looking at the tv. The support says its a bug and its very few that hav this problem...Is it soo ???

I would like to confirm, are you experiencing the audio cutting out with music playback or while watching TV or both?

Can you take a diagnostic from the Sonos app? Setting > Help & Tips > Submit Diagnostic and reply with the confirmation number;

So that we can check the speaker for errors.
