System upgraded to V2, mobile app OK, cannot connect to existing system with new Window app.S1 worked fine.

Just to clarify what to you mean updated to V2?

Were there any changes that happened recently with your wifi connection?

What kind of Sonos devices do you have?

Also the make and model of the router and modem?

For starters, you can temporarily hardwire one of your Sonos devices using ethernet cable directly to the router, and try to find an existing system again.

Once you Sonos speakers are connected again before you unplug the ethernet cable. go to Settings » System » Network » Wireless Setup.

During the Wireless Setup, you will be prompted to enter the password for your home’s WiFi network. At the end of the process, you will be instructed to unplug the Ethernet cable that connects your Sonos product and router.

You need to use the S2 app if you have upgraded your devices to S2. The S1 Windows app won’t do you any good now.
