System continually not found and when it is - very very slow

Very frustrated. Where so I send my log details so SONOS can review. Im pretty much done after my $4,000 investment...

If you do that whole "diagnostic" thing, and then post the number here (or call in and give the rep on the phone the number), they'll be happy to help you troubleshoot your system.

Here's how to submit a system diagnostic.

If it were me, I'd be betting on wireless interference. You should try changing the wifi channel you're using, or the Sonosnet channel.
