SYMFONISK speaker - spotify song is not encoded correctly

I have a SYMFONISK speaker when trying to play music from spotify I will often get the error message that song is not encoded correctly. But it isn't the same songs each time. Sometimes the song will have this message and other times it will play, it seems completely random when it occurs.
