As of today, all of a sudden Apple Music won’t play - or plays one song, then stops.
I’ve done the following:
- Unplugged then plugged back in the Sonos speaker
- Restarted my wifi router
- Reauthorized my Apple Music account
- Removed and then readdd my Apple Music account
No matter what I do, the issue persists. I am able to play my Apple Music playlists using the native music app and airplay - I just can’t play Apple Music using the Sonos app.

Hundreds of dollars spent on equipment and I can’t even get a response to a support inquiry.
I like the idea of Sonos but I am afraid I cannot recommend these products, since I can’t even get an answer to a question about basic functionality.
