subwoofer refuses to factory reset

I’ve owned a number of Sonos products over the last 5 years and my subwoofer just stopped working the other day.

Tried to do a factory reset however the light just stays solid white (no flashing orange/white light)

Contacted Sonos who have said there is an issue and can offer me an RMA, without saying what is actually wrong.

Has anyone else come across this issue before?

Looks like I’ll need to spending another hefty amount for a new product, very annoyed.

Not much you can do as I believe Sonos has issues with you returning stuff you have attempted a repair on.

Usually Sonos has a pretty decent replacement policy and it is your best bet.

You can buy extended warranties for Sonos gear to protect you beyond the factory warranty. I always add one to any Sonos I’m giving as a gift just to avoid unhappy friends that expected a longer free replacement warranty.
