Sub Won’t power on

Hello,

just purchased a brand new sub and it will not power on. No light at all. I am trying to pair to my beam and play 1’s but it won’t even get that far.

I’ve tried multiple outlets but not cables, I don’t have any cables that would work to try laying around.

any ideas? Just wait till Monday to call?

I would contact Sonos support via their 24/7 support lines on either Twitter or Facebook, rather than waiting.

Tried...nothing from there.
Make sure that the power plug is fully seated in SUB's socket -- it's a tight fit.
