We recently bought a Sonos Sub and set it up connected to our Sonos Playbar.
However, shortly after setup the Sub looses the connection to the Playbar.
We have a very stable and strong internet connection, so I don't believe the problem is related to unstable Wi-Fi. Further, it is never a problem finding the Sub on the network and re-connecting it.
On the Sonos network the Playbar is called 'Stue / Soundbar", and when I open my Sonos settings and go to 'Room settings' ('Rumindstillinger' in Danish), it says "Stue / Soundbar (+Sub)", whenever the sub is connected to the Playbar. But after disconnecting it instead displays "Stue / Soundbar (+?)". I have attached a picture of this.
Can anyone explain me why this happens and what I can do to solve it?
