Sub and 1/2 symfonisk keeps dropping off 5.1 setup, getting question mark from controller

It happens several times a day. The sub and symfonisk cuts out and from all controllers, the +? appears. Occasionally, it reconnects. I have no issue with any other speakers. Diagnostic report #508733282

Be sure you have WiFi enabled on your Sonos Beam.

You might also try unplugging the Beam and affected speakers from power for about a minute and rebooting your router.
